Big News

I know that it has been forever, forgive me, we don't have the Internet at the new house yet.....But Josh and I have big news for everyone.....We are 3 months pregnant! We got to hear the heart beat, it was the neatest thing ever......to hear someone living inside of you! YEAH! I had morning sickness pretty good for a while but it seems to have passed for the most part. I don't look pregnant at all unless you count by bulging bust! Well anyho I'll work on doing better at keeping up my posts! Until next time we love you all!

The Finished Product!

We finished the yard off by planting flowers and veggies and strawberries! These are the flowers

Josh planted the slightly off center yellow flowers! But I love him for helping! :)

The mostly finished yard!

So we decided to put the sod in today! Yeah for grass! It feels so good underneath my toes!!! We are very excited~ we still need to do the flower boxes and put new heads on the sprinklers...but overall it looks 150% better than the dirt! YIPPY SKIPPY

New Job!

So folks I have been driving 45 minutes to work the past 3 weeks, it was quite the drive. I know you folks in the SLC area think that is very long, but for us southerners that's longer than necessary! :) So I applied at a school that is 5 min away from our house and they called to hire me the next day! Yeah!! So I will be teaching 2nd grade next year (this year I taught Special Education). I am having mixed emotions about the whole thing...I love teaching special ed, there just weren't any openings in my area, I taught 2nd grade for my student teaching and loved the kids it was fun, so I'm sad, and excited all at once! I know for sure that I'm going to have a busy summer setting up my room and getting all of my lessons planned but it will be worth it!

A fEw thINgS....

Last Friday Josh & I took grandpa Hall to see Nim's Island, it was the cutest show.....I would definitely recommend to anyone. I thought it might be a little kids show but it was super enjoyable for us, Josh even liked it!

AnoTHer ThiNG......

I was all excited when I found my Senior Video as we unpacked, So the first chance I got I popped it in, and I was nothing but disappointed.........I guess I remembered it differently but I was only in the video twice, and one was kissing a kid for $5 or $10 bucks for Sub-for-Santa Laker Lockup! So anyways I was kinda sad, oh well I guess I'll just live in my memories of high school not the video's memories.

OnE lAsT thINg....

I'm so ready for summer! I want nothing more than to be able to sit by the pool, take the dogs for long walks.....oh and mostly I'm ready for a tan....and vacations too! Well to put it simply there are 13 school days left!!! Yeah for SuMMer BreAK! :)
