A note from the dad!!
Well, its been a little over two weeks now, and I can honestly say I enjoy being a father. It's funny how much one could think they have grown up until they have a Heavenly Angel come down and touch their lives, I love my son with all my heart, and I am ready for this new challenge in my life of being a great parent, I can't wait for many more memories with him. I especially love my wife for the strength she had the past 9 months to give us this beautiful experience of being parents, she is the greatest woman in the world, and I'm thankful for all that she is and does!! I know many would like to meet our son, and I promise all will have the chance, he's a bundle of joy!! I always said to my wife that I wanted a family of 2, but this experience has broadened my thoughts to about 4 or 5. It's seriously the greatest thing that has happened to me in my life. I can't imagine anyone regretting to be parents, it's the funnest thing ever!!! Until next time, I bid farewell for now!! Love to all!

Pics of Braxton
Trying to get rid of his Jaundice, first sun taning before they brought us out the suitcase of lights that he got to live in for the past days.
Labor & Delivery
Labor was not that bad! I went into labor at 3 in the morning, on the 31st. We hung out at the house and I showered and what not, then headed into the hospital about 6:30. My contractions had been about 5 minutes apart since 4 am. When we got there the attending nurse was telling me that it's really common for first time mom's to be sent home, well when she checked me and I was at a 4+ she decided that I really was going to have the baby. My doctor happened to be at the hospital delivering another baby so he peeked in and told her to admit me and he'd break my water.
I went natural until I was a little more than a 8 and my contractions were a minute apart, I started throwing up and decided that it was time for the epidural. After that I took a little nap then the Dr. came in and said that we were ready to push!
I pushed for an hour, and then our wonderful little boy was born at 5:07pm. Josh was fascinated by the whole thing and thought that it was wonderful. He was able to cut the umbilical cord as well.
The video is of me and Braxton right after he was born when they set him on my chest.
